Dr. Bella kramer
Born in Paris, Dr. Kramer is fluent in both French and English. She graduated at the top of her class from Nova Southeastern University in Florida, and was the president of the dental fraternity, Alpha Omega. While at University, she won multiple accolades including clinical excellence in Endodontics and Prosthodontics, and top case presentation for aesthetics.
Dr. Kramer has a long legacy of dentistry in her family. She has been drawn to the profession since childhood. She recalls being enchanted by her great grandfather’s stories of dental work during World War II.
Dr. Kramer’s guiding principles of excellence and form is evident in every patient she treats. She is inspired by the effectiveness of proper dental medicine. The way dental patients can attain immediate results, whether it be to alleviate pain, to prevent future issues or to improve aesthetics.
Dr. Howard Finnk, D.D.S
Dr. Howard Finnk received his Bachelor’s of Science from Wayne State University in 1968, and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Mercy College of Dentistry at the University of Detroit, in 1972.
Following his 28 years of private practice dental experience in suburban Detroit, he moved to South Florida and married his wife, Marian. After spending many years working for area dentists, he purchased Nob Hill Dental Center. After seven years, he sold the practice to Dr. Bella Kramer. Dr. Finnk and Marian are still happily employed at Nob Hill Dental Center.
Throughout his successful career as a business owner and scholar of medicine, he has served as Clinical Adjunct Professor at the Dental College of Nova Southeastern University in Florida, as a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Vedder Honors Society, and as past-president of Alpha Omega, the oldest international dental fraternity.
In addition to his academic and business involvement in dental medicine, he has been an active member of several respected organizations, including the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Broward County Dental Association, and the Atlantic Coast District Dental Society.
Dr. Finnk has received recognition for his contributions to dental medicine in the United States. He strives to share that experience with his patients and non-patients alike, which is why for 16 years he has been a member of Allexperts.com, and of About.com, both reliable information hubs for people with questions about specialized work and beyond.
Dr. Matthew Fien
NHDC is very excited to have hired Dr. Matthew Fien, a periodontist, specializing in implants. Born and raised in South Florida, Matt likes to play golf, guitar, and spend time with family and friends. Dr. Matthew J. Fien received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his doctorate degree from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. He completed postgraduate training in the specialty of Periodontology at Nova Southeastern University and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Fien has presented at several district dental meetings and has authored multiple articles that have been published in dental literature. Dr. Fien is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Fien is married and he and his wife have two beautiful boys.
Dr. Barry Brown
Dr. Barry Brown grew up in Queens, N.Y. and has been a Florida resident for 45 years. He was a 15 year resident of Sunrise and attended Piper High School, graduating in 1978.
In 1972, Dr. Brown’s uncle was the first dentist to open a dental practice in Coral Springs and was his inspiration to become a dentist.
Dr. Brown attended the University of South Florida in Tampa and was accepted to Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis after 3 years of undergraduate studies.
He has been practicing dentistry for 25 years and recently had a successful Cosmetic and Family dental practice in Boca Raton.
Making patients feel welcome and comfortable are Dr. Brown’s highest priorities. He believes that good dental health starts with education, so his patients oral health remains at its best for their lifetime.
